RADON SHORT ARTICLES: RADON SHORT-TERM VERSUS LONG-TERM TEST?
Indoor Radon concentrations vary frequently and with the change of seasons, generally having a maximum in winter and a minimum in summer. Therefore a long-term test with a duration of one year is recommended to have a reliable result. However, in some cases performing a short-term test could be helpful. In general, a short-term Radon test should not be less than 2 days, and it can be as long as 90 days.
